The Walden House Bed & Breakfast is a family property where every guest reservation is important to us. We ask for the reservation to be paid for in advance or a valid credit card guarantee. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation and authorize a $25 processing fee.
In the event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days* notice, we will refund 1/2 the reservation cost. If you cancel on the day of the reservation no refund will be made.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. Group rates or rates for the whole house are available, please call. (509) 447-5771 *A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
Check-in: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Travel plans vary so if our times don't fit into your plans please call to make other arrangements.
Check-out: 12:00 Noon. If guests need extra time after check out they are welcome to stay in the common areas.
Children of all ages are welcome! PLEASE NOTE: We want them to be able to be children but, this is our home and we need them to respect it and other guests.
Additional occupancy is $10 per person per night. We do have extra bedding available if needed for additional occcupancy, including pack and plays for babies.
Non overnight guests are welcome between the hours of 8am to 9pm.
No Pets.
Absolutely No Smoking inside; however a designated outdoor smoking area is available. Should a guest ignore this policy and smoke in a room there will be a $300.00 cleaning fee charged.
